Crazy Things Are Happening
Crazy Things Are Happening is a series about memory, instinct and the strange logic of imagined realities. The works move between what is remembered, what is invented and what quietly remains somewhere in between.
Fragments of bodies, gestures, animals, symbols and domestic scenes appear like pieces of a half-remembered story. Some elements feel familiar, others slightly displaced — as if they belonged to a dream that continues long after waking. The series is less interested in fixed narratives than in emotional traces: the things we carry with us without always knowing why.
Drawing becomes a way of collecting these fragments and allowing them to coexist without resolution. Intuition, repetition and imperfection become part of the language of the work, creating compositions that feel both intimate and unsettled.
At its core, Crazy Things Are Happening explores the space between memory and imagination — a place where reality becomes unstable, instinct takes over and new meanings begin to emerge.
