Maïson Medusa is an independent creative practice working across art, strategy, identity and visual culture. I build worlds for brands, people and ideas that have something to say (and no interest in looking like everybody else).
My work moves between intuition and strategy, the poetic and the precise. Sometimes that means developing a brand from its first thought. Sometimes it means directing a campaign, creating an artwork, questioning an existing narrative or finding the visual language that was missing all along.
Maïson Medusa is deliberately multidisciplinary; moving between strategy, art direction, design, writing, digital experiences and sound whenever the idea calls for it.
I believe in ideas with character. In beauty that is allowed to be strange, political, sensual, uncomfortable or funny. In questioning inherited perspectives rather than reproducing them.
When a project calls for additional expertise, I bring in trusted collaborators.

My work sits between disciplines because I do too.
My academic background spans Educational Sciences, Anthropology, Psychology and Philosophy, followed by an MA in Gender Studies with a focus on Cultural Philosophy and Legal History. I later expanded that perspective through further studies and training in fashion and design.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked across creative direction, brand strategy, visual identity, art direction, illustration, digital design, editorial and campaigns — for international brands, independent founders and cultural projects.
I’ve also taught at university level, which still shapes the way I think, question, structure and collaborate.
